Hi, there! I’m Ashley Bonkofsky, an American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) certified Speech-Language Pathologist. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) in 2007 and continued to earn my Master of Science degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 2009. I have worked exclusively in the public school systems since graduation…until now!
I am a proud Air Force spouse and have a soft spot in my heart for military children. I have recently opened a private practice in which I provide services to pediatric clients in the Hill AFB area. If you’d like to learn more, click HERE.
I enjoy reading, singing, and laughing and I adore all things speechie! I create speech therapy games and materials and sell them at the AGB Speech Therapy online store.
I write this blog to educate readers about the field of speech-language pathology and to empower families to strive toward effective communication in all areas of life. I hope you can find something here that inspires you to learn, to grow, and to talk!
